Green Hydrogen Israel

On-site green hydrogen for industrial heat

We manufacture industrial alkaline electrolysers in Medellín, Colombia. They produce hydrogen inside your plant to replace natural gas, LPG and diesel in boilers, furnaces and dryers — connecting to your existing equipment through burner adaptation.

Technical guides

Written for plant engineers evaluating fuel substitution, not for brochures. They cover what changes in the combustion and what has to be modified.

Hydrogen in industrial boilers

Flame temperature, flame speed, invisible-flame detection, NOx control and the 20 / 60 / 100 % substitution steps.

Hydrogen in industrial furnaces

Lower flame radiation, water-vapour atmosphere, refractory compatibility and staged conversion by zone.

Where hydrogen makes sense — and where it does not

Compared purely on cost per unit of energy at today's prices, on-site hydrogen is more expensive than coal, LPG or natural gas in most markets. It becomes the right answer where fuel price volatility is the real problem, where carbon compliance carries a cost, or where a ten-year total cost horizon drives the decision rather than this month's spot price. We state that plainly because the calculation should be done with your numbers, not ours.
